Ordinary Members
Dianova International ordinary members are legal entities that adhere to the organization’s purposes and principles and understake to comply with the obligations and responsibilities arising from their membership, i.e. bear the name of Dianova; respect its guidelines and regulations; utilize its brand name in accordance with Dianova’s general principles; submit their annual reports to Dianova International; notify to Dianova International any modification of their bylaws; and, in case of a dissolution, distribute their assets to like-minded, not-for-profit organizations and in accordance with the Law.
Ordinary members pay membership dues which amount is determined by the Assembly of Delegates. Membership dues for ordinary members have been set to EUR 1,500.
Affiliate Members
Dianova International affiliate members are legal entities that adhere to the organization’s purposes and general principles. They must submit their annual reports to Dianova International and notify of any modification in their bylaws.
Affiliate members must pay membership dues, the amount of which is determined by the Assembly of Delegates. Membership dues for affiliate members have been set to EUR 750.
Associate Members
In 2015, the Assembly of Delegates ratified the creation of the associate member status. This status is intended to enable like-minded organizations to join forces with the Dianova network to advance their common objectives and give civil society a stronger voice in international organizations.
Any not-for-profit legal entity registered with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) or with status to the ECOSOC and active in the fields of education, youth, addiction treatment or prevention, women’s rights and/or social and community development can apply to become an associate member of Dianova International.
Associate members must pay an annual membership contribution, the amount of which is determined by the Assembly of Delegates. For the year 2023, the amount of this contribution is set at 100 EUR
