The VNGOC provides information on NGO activities, draws attention to areas of concern, builds partnerships between governmental and non-governmental organisations and endeavours to support civil society contributions to global drug policies. The objective of the World Federation of Therapeutic Communities (WFTC) is to widen the recognition and acceptance of the Therapeutic Community approach among health organizations and health delivery systems of international and national bodies. The WFTC also promotes experience- and best practice-sharing among TC professionals worldwide. Dianova attends the Federation’s biyearly world conferences on a regular basis.

Civil Society Forum on Drugs

The Civil Society Forum on Drugs was established in 2011 by the European Commission and currently includes 45 member organizations that contribute their knowledge and expertise to the European drug policy-making and implementation process. NGO Major Group

The NGO Major Group is one of the major groups and other stakeholders (MGoS) that have been actively working for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda since its adoption. Among other tasks, the NGO MG endeavours to facilitate and improve NGO participation in the processes directly and indirectly related to the United Nations High Level Political Forum (HLPF), an event that helps monitor the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on a yearly basis. CoNGO’s mission is to facilitate the participation of NGOs in the United Nations system.
