Dianova Portugal has renewed its commitment for equality and conciliation policies
The MásFamilia Foundation has renewed for another two years, until February 18, 2017, the EFR certification in Social Economy, edition 1000-2, granted to Dianova Portugal after an audit carried out by the SGS certification company, which resulted in a level B score for “Committed Organization”
As specified in the Final Report, “the audit focused on the following aspects: commitment, diagnosis, measures, targets, indicators, communication and training in accordance with the reference standards,” the EFR management system being in compliance with the aforementioned standards.
Dianova has 51 implemented measures in the five categories listed in the EFR 1000-2 Standard in order to alleviate potential conflicts between personal life and professional performance for its employees and collaborators. Among such measures, 68.6% have been utilized throughout the year, with an employee satisfaction level of 75% as regards equality and reconciliation practices.
We would like to highlight the key strengths of this certification model: culture and reconciliation and equality measures; good relationships between management, middle management and other employees, informal communication; commitment of top management and employees; knowledge of and promotion of these measures by Dianova collaborators.
