“E-learning Crecern, a project with great potential for the Dianova network and its stakeholders – – Dianovalive.org

The Crecern e-learning platform is a great opportunity for the Dianova network and its stakeholders, not only for training, but also as a place to share experiences
The initiative, which design began in 2018, eventually became the online e-learning platform “Crecer n“ aimed at Agents of Social Change and covering three thematic issues – “Leadership and Teamwork”, “Prevention of Risk Behaviour” and “Development of Social Projects” – which culminated with the “Knowledge Integration Work” module.
The initiative had very good initial results in terms of participation with more than 800 people registered (teachers, psychologists, social workers, managers and other stakeholders from municipalities, local organisations, the general public and third sector agencies (foundations and corporations) from a number of countries including Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador, Venezuela and Nicaragua, both from the public and private sector, and from different areas of intervention such as addiction prevention, mental health at work, gender equality, social integration of immigrants, bullying prevention and school-life promotion, and integration of people with disabilities, among others.
Participants received a certification issued jointly by Dianova Chile and the Ministry of the Secretary General of the Government, for their participation in a 46 hour programme, in the context of the fund to reinforce Public Interest Entities.
The Crecern e-learning platform is a great opportunity for the Dianova network and its stakeholders, not only for training, but also as a place to share experiences in order to create a community around issues related to our fields of action.
It is worth highlighting Dianova’s recent alliance with xACADEMI, an organization that designs and implements training and entrepreneurship opportunities at the workplace, in association with the University of La Frontera in Chile.
In addition, Dianovalive has recently expanded its training programme, with additional courses, including:
- Networking tools for professionals in the social field
- Technical tools for intervention in mental health, human care and treatment of problematic drug use.
- Design of Learning Experiences, for training professionals
