The webinar will focus on the 66th session of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) which will take place in Vienna from 13-17 March 2023. The webinar will shed light on the issues that are likely to weigh in on the discussions, including growing drug policy dissensions among Member States, tensions resulting from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and the preparations for the mid-term review of the 2019 Ministerial Declaration.
