Located in Quinta das Lapas

40 km from Lisbon, close to the town of Torres Vedras, a renovated historical mansion, located in a quiet environment, supporting the therapeutic process.

Double and single rooms

The concept of tranquillity, confidentiality and discretion prevails throughout the entire centre. It’s a place where you can truly focus on your recovery process.

Fitness centre

The centre is equipped with a gym, outdoor sports areas, a common room and shared facilities.

Training activities

A range of specialised workshops allow patients to receive training in different fields, to ensure successful social and professional reintegration.

Occupational workshops

These workshops (carpentry, decoration, cooking, etc.) allow the patient to develop hard and soft skills and to feel useful while restoring social ties.

I started using it when I was thirteen and became aware of my problem when I turned sixteen. My relationship with my family and friends got much worse and that became a serious problem, we had a bad time.

My name is Pedro N., I’m 40 and I’m currently undergoing the program process at the Quinta das Lapas – Dianova international centre.

My goal is to achieve total wellbeing. In this centre, I can really feel the therapeutic team’s support and participate in different activities during the treatment.

I help out in the kitchen, the laundry, coordinating activities… I am very happy to be here.

I am the father of one of the patients at the Quinta das Lapas program in Lisbon. Until my son went into the centre, I was living in a state of constant worry, especially since a time came when my wife and I no longer knew what to do, how to help him or how to get through to him.

Since he’s been in the program our relationship has improved a lot, I have seen how my son has been able to create habits and routines and accept that he should be responsible for his actions.

Thanks to the therapeutic team, he has managed to work on his difficulties and weaknesses, and we can now spend time with our son without aggressive discussions.

A personalised treatment plan for each client. This includes individual and group therapy, psycho-educational workshops and physical maintenance exercises.
