Commission on Narcotic Drugs opens its 57th session in Vienna
The High Level Section of the 57 Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) of the UN took place last March 13-15 in Vienna. The CND, as a functional commission of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) brings together delegates representing Member States, inter-governmental organizations, the civil society, and the media to discuss different approaches and develop more effective ways to tackle the world drug problem.
