Analysis of the Social Reality in Substance Abuse Issues (2002 - 2003)

Studies by national situation. These studies aim to give a clear view of the state of the care offering and consumption patterns in countries where Dianova carries out its interventions. This is in addition to the political, legal and economic structure that public administrations and social organisations in general configure, in order to resolve problems arising from the trafficking and consumption of psychoactive substances.

The following studies are available for the following countries (in Spanish only): Germany, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Slovenia, Nicaragua, Portugal , Uruguay.

Worldwide Studies. "Consumption Patterns and Care Provision in the EU, CEEC, North America and Latin America" (Patrones de Consumo y Oferta Asistencial en la UE, PECO, América del Norte y Latinoamérica") Ed. DI.; Switzerland, 2001. This includes a general tour around the world of drugs in the last decade of the 20th century; which drugs are most consumed, by whom, and how they are used. In turn, it looks at the programmes most commonly used for rehabilitation and strategies for harm prevention and reduction, adopted by the international community, to tackle the supply and demand generated by drugs trafficking.

The study is available in the English or Spanish language:
